Field Quality & Supplier Quality Engineer W2 Hiring

Position: Field Quality & Supplier Quality Engineer Location: Chaska, MN (Onsite) Start Date: Immediate Interview Mode: Phone/Video Responsibilities: - Perform field failure analysis on customer‑identified parts. - Verify correctness of reported quality issues. - Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on defective or related parts. - Implement immediate countermeasures to support production lines. - Segregate and measure on‑hold parts for quality validation. - Identify and drive permanent resolution measures. - Collaborate with manufacturing teams to investigate and correct documentation/component issues. Qualifications: - Strong understanding of GD&T, metrology, and measurement techniques. - Knowledge of RCA methods and 7QC tools. - Hands‑on experience in metrology and part manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal). - Familiarity with electronic parts qualification and incoming part approval processes. - Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.   All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
