Luxury Residential Concierge – Gowanus

Job Type: Full-Time Bushburg is seeking a professional and service-oriented Luxury Residential Concierge to join our team at a newly developed residential property in Brooklyn. This role is responsible for delivering a high level of hospitality to residents while maintaining a safe and welcoming lobby environment. Responsibilities - Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a warm and professional manner. - Monitor lobby activity and manage building access to ensure resident safety. - Assist residents with packages, deliveries, and general service requests. - Answer phone calls and provide building information or directions as needed. - Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with the maintenance team. - Maintain a clean, organized lobby and concierge desk area. - Log visitors and contractors and monitor security cameras for unusual activity. - Track and manage building keys when required. - Respond to emergencies following building procedures. - Support management with resident requests and day-to-day operations. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working in a luxury residential building, hotel, or hospitality environment. - Familiarity with residential management platforms such as BuildingLink, ManageGo, or similar systems. - Strong knowledge of Brooklyn or NYC neighborhoods, dining, and local services. - Experience coordinating packages, vendor access, and resident service requests. - Multilingual abilities are a plus.
