Position: Electrical – Wire Harness Engineer Location: Mossville, IL (Onsite) Start Date: Immediate Interview Mode: Phone/Video
Responsibilities:
- Design and route wiring harnesses for Motor Graders using Creo Schematics, Electric Lines, and Pro Cabling.
- Develop electrical integration concepts for next‑generation machine platforms (NPI/NTI), including harness routing, power distribution, and system interfaces.
- Create and check detailed prints for wire harness routings.
- Collaborate with suppliers to support harness design and integration.
- Interpret and work with electrical drawings and schematics.
Qualifications:
- B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in wiring harness design.
- Proficiency in Creo Schematics and Pro Cabling.
- Strong knowledge of electrical components, cabling, and system integration.
- Experience in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
