Forward Deployed Operator

ABOUT THE ROLE Join a healthcare workflow automation team as a Forward Deployed Operator, owning the delivery and ongoing reliability of customer automation workflows. You will work directly with healthcare operations teams, turning real-world processes into practical automations while sharing customer insights with product and engineering. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead customer engagements from proof of concept through kickoff and implementation, building and delivering workflows with AI-assisted tools. - Discover healthcare processes and standard operating procedures, then translate them into clear workflow requirements. - Manage several implementations at once and monitor production workflows, investigating failures as customer systems change. - Become the primary relationship owner for customers moving from proof of concept to a full contract. - Share recurring issues, edge cases, and customer needs with engineering to help guide product improvements. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, operations, or implementation role. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to turn ambiguous needs into actionable specifications. - Comfort learning AI tools and working with no-code or low-code automation platforms, including browser automation workflows. - Clear communication skills and the ability to build trust with non-technical healthcare stakeholders. - A flexible, resourceful problem-solving approach; an engineering background is not required. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual salary: $150,000 to $200,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in San Francisco, California, United States.
