ABOUT THE ROLE Join an early-stage AI team as a Recruiter, owning hiring across technical and go-to-market roles. You will work closely with founders and team leads to bring in people who can help build and advance AI evaluation and reinforcement learning infrastructure. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering, product, and go-to-market roles. - Partner with founders and team leads to define role requirements, evaluation criteria, and interview processes. - Build and improve recruiting operations and tools, automating workflows where possible. - Find candidates through high-signal and unconventional sourcing channels. - Screen candidates for technical ability, product and market intuition, and potential demonstrated through portfolios and projects. - Learn the product well enough to engage technical candidates credibly. - Support onboarding and help develop performance review, leveling, and feedback processes. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter owning full-cycle hiring for technical and go-to-market roles. - Experience working independently in an early-stage startup. - Experience building recruiting operations and automating workflows. - Creative sourcing skills and a track record of evaluating candidates beyond resumes, including through portfolios and projects. - Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and assess non-traditional candidate profiles. - Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Ashby, Juicebox, or Clay, and experience using AI or vibe coding to automate workflows. - Exposure to or ownership of people operations, such as onboarding, performance reviews, or leveling. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION On-site in San Francisco, California, United States.
