About the Role Champions Social Club is looking for a polished, relationship-driven Member Services Director to lead the member experience, oversee event sales for both internal and external events, and help grow a vibrant, engaged community. This role oversees the full membership journey—from welcoming and onboarding new members to strengthening engagement, retention, and long-term relationships. The Member Services Director serves as a key ambassador for Champions, building meaningful connections, understanding member preferences, and ensuring every interaction feels personalized and elevated. Working closely with teams across the Club, this leader connects members with dining, poker, events, and experiences while developing the Member Services team to deliver the exceptional hospitality that defines Champions. Responsibilities - Create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for all members and guests. - Own the long-term vision and roadmap for our Club membership programs and events, including the overall calendar of events and activations through close collaboration with F&B, Poker, and Catering and Events. - Build genuine relationships with members by learning their preferences and interests, and proactively engage with members to strengthen relationships and encourage continued participation in the Champions community. - Work closely with Membership, Food & Beverage, Poker Operations, Events, Marketing, and overall Club Leadership to provide a seamless member experience. - Lead and train the concierge team to uphold high-level service standards. - Manage and drive event sales operations, including oversight and leadership of Sales Manager, for both internal member events and external private event bookings, overseeing strategy, inquiries, revenue goals, sales pipeline, and execution. - Directly oversee and lead the Concierge team, ensuring seamless operational execution and exceptional hospitality. - Oversee front desk operations, including guest check-in, phone inquiries, and dining or event reservations. - Partner with Venue leadership to improve membership performance and guest engagement. - Identify operational barriers and develop solutions that improve execution. - Serve as a knowledgeable resource for members regarding dining, poker, events, membership benefits, and other Club offerings. - Proactively anticipate member needs and respond to questions, requests, and feedback promptly to deliver exceptional, personalized experiences. - Assist with reservations, event information, membership questions, and general Club inquiries. - Maintain a polished and professional presence that reflects Champions' standards of hospitality. - Assist with membership applications, account information, member records, and other membership-related processes. - Help introduce new members to the Club, its amenities, events, experiences, and membership benefits. - Promote upcoming events, programming, dining experiences, poker activities, and other opportunities for members to engage with the Club. - Use data to create compelling membership offerings, loyalty initiatives, pricing strategies, and personalized marketing that deepen guest engagement. - Solicit ongoing feedback from members and from our management team. - Benchmark against best-in-class loyalty and subscription programs across the hospitality, poker, and food and beverage industries. - Turn strategy and data into action by turning market insights into scalable live events you will directly manage from start to finish. - Identify opportunities to enhance member satisfaction, engagement, and retention. - Communicate member feedback, preferences, and opportunities to leadership and appropriate departments. - Maintain accurate and organized member information within designated membership and CRM systems. - Assist with member communications, outreach, event registration, and other membership initiatives as needed. - Support Club events, member activations, special programming, and VIP experiences. - Follow all Champions policies, procedures, service standards, and confidentiality expectations. - Perform additional duties as assigned based on the needs of the Club. Experience & Qualifications - Previous experience in hospitality, luxury services, private clubs, hotels, restaurants, concierge services, customer service, or a similar member-facing environment is strongly required. - 5 - 7 Years of experience leading various teams is required. - Experience with building a CRM tool from the ground up. - Experience with Poker Atlas, Resy, Triple Seat and Toast is preferred. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a genuine passion for hospitality. - Professional, polished, and confident when interacting with a wide variety of members and guests. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to provide personalized service while maintaining professionalism and discretion. - Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Comfortable learning and utilizing membership, reservation, CRM, and other Club systems. - Ability to collaborate effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment. - Flexible availability is required, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special Club events as needed.
