Job Duties and Responsibilities - Resolve incidents within SLA consistently - Maintain network and system uptime targets - Implement secure configurations and patching - Document and improve network/system processes - Support users with high satisfaction ratings Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience - Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux administration - Experience supporting networks (LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN) - Familiarity with ITIL or help-desk ticketing practices - Strong troubleshooting and networking fundamentals - Windows Server administration - Linux administration - Active Directory and Group Policy - Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN) - Switches/routers troubleshooting - Firewall/VPN configuration - Monitoring and ticketing tools - Customer-focused communication - Structured problem-solving - Time management and prioritization
