Placement: Direct Hire, Full-Time Product Engineer BCS - HMI Job Description & Duties: Responsibilities for the Senior Product Engineer (BCS) include but are not limited to the following: - Designing and developing test set-ups for the testing and evaluation of HMI features (buttons, rotaries, displays, etc.) - DFSS and CAE analysis - Developing DFMEA and coordinating computational analysis of components - prototype builds and validation process and design validation testing - Participate in APQP process throughout the product development cycle - Failure analyses and problem resolutions related to HMI feature concern - Creating finite element models translated from CAD models through UG NX or from 2D drawings - Evaluate and recommend necessary design changes or other solutions to improve quality or reduce costs. Job Requirements & Qualifications: Experience with HMI product design or similar product Five years of CAD experience.
