Operations Manager needed for an Electronics Manufacturing company. * Applicant must be willing to support and work with the Director of Operations to create and implement plans and systems to improve the overall working place. * Works hand in hand with the managers to increase safety, production, and quality control. * Directly responsible for leading the company in increasing division goals, quality control goals and profit increase goals, as well as when and if change is needed being able to lead during the change process. * In charge of maintaining the budget for the department activities and manufacturing projects. * Key contact for problem solving for the customer and the suppliers. * Ensures policies and procedures are followed correctly within the company.
