We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team in Blackjack, United States. In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence while fostering a positive, customer-focused environment. As an Assistant Manager, you will support the management team in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth daily operations that exceed customer expectations. - Efficiently manage and oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring all procedures are followed with precision - Provide assertive yet supportive leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment - Interact professionally with customers and employees, addressing concerns with empathy and maintaining high satisfaction levels - Handle financial transactions, manage cash operations accurately, and maintain transparent financial records - Answer phone calls and process customer orders promptly and courteously, demonstrating exceptional customer service - Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards to meet company requirements and create an inviting atmosphere - Assist in training, onboarding, and supervising team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery - Collaborate with the management team to analyze performance metrics and implement innovative strategies for improving store performance - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations at all times - Contribute to creating a customer-focused atmosphere that drives repeat business and builds brand loyalty - Manage staff scheduling and coordinate team activities to optimize operational efficiency - Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to maintain adequate supplies - Proven leadership skills and demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire team members - Strong math and analytical problem-solving abilities for effective decision-making - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences - Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities - Exceptional time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities - Customer-focused philosophy with a genuine commitment to providing exceptional service - Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems - Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - Conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced environments - Budget management and financial acumen for cash handling and financial oversight - Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards - Inventory management experience and understanding of stock control procedures - High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) - Previous experience in food service, retail management, or related supervisory roles (preferred) All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
