We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at our location in Salem, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring exceptional customer service. - Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining store standards - Lead, motivate, and train team members to deliver outstanding customer service - Manage staff scheduling and ensure appropriate coverage during all shifts - Handle cash transactions, deposits, and financial reporting accurately - Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular counts - Resolve customer complaints and address concerns promptly and professionally - Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations - Assist in meeting sales goals and implementing promotional activities - Step in for the store manager in their absence, making key decisions as needed - Proven experience in retail or service industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members - Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating positive customer experiences - Proficiency in cash handling, financial management, and inventory control - Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Proficient in using POS systems and Microsoft Office suite - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Knowledge of retail operations, customer service best practices, and sales techniques   All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
