We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at our Decatur, United States location (1948 E Eldorado St.). As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. - Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business goals - Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards - Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise - Create and adjust employee schedules to optimize staffing levels - Implement and maintain company policies and procedures - Assist in hiring, training, and developing new team members - Monitor and maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and organization - Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance - Handle cash management and financial reporting responsibilities - Proven experience in retail or customer service, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members - Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset - Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making - Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities - Efficient time management and organizational skills - Basic computer proficiency, including experience with POS systems and scheduling software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices - Experience in staff training and development preferred BENEFITS - Flexible Hours - Competitive wages - Employee discount on all food items - Advancement opportunities - Paid TrainingFULL TIME DRIVERS BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): - Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment - Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage - Flexible Spending Accounts - Ability to contribute to a 401(k)
