Job Description: This is an entry-level position in the Engineering Quality Group - Provide support for Engineering Quality Group in analysis, tracking and reporting on quality, reliability, and warranty issues for key department Metrics. - Provide support for FMEA processing and facilitation and specification creation and system management. - High level of MS Excel skill is required including graphing functions, pivot tables, etc. - Familiarity with evaluating warranty claims and data trend analysis is preferred. - Ability to learn and master internal software systems (FRACAS, Zeus, IQ-FMEA) is required. Familiarity with DTNA systems (i.e. IMS) - Some German language skills would be highly beneficial. Requirements: BA-Business Administration or BS-Engineering Excel-Must have experience with pivot tables
