Dispatch Associate

We are a globally recognized company searching for a qualified individual to assist in dispatching to various company drivers.  This individual will be responsible for assigning trailers to company drivers. You will also be responsible for any and all paperwork that may correspond with this process and inputting this information into the system. You will also be responsible for some administrative duties such as inputting time cards, checking trailer and volume forecasts, as well as maintaining reports and databases for daily operation. Previous dispatch experience is preferred. Shift will be Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, possible OT **12 month contract** - STRONG organizational skills - STRONG communication skills - Willingness to learn - Proficient with computers - High School Diploma or equivalent - Dispatch experience is a major plus - 12+ month contract - Pay: starting at $12.55, DOE - Monday- Friday, 4:00PM - 12:30AM  **Looking for candidates with good work history, good attendance record, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Must be able to pass a background check.**
