Histology Laboratory Supervisor I

We are a leading-edge medical testing company currently seeking a Histology Laboratory Supervisor to join our team in Irvine, CA. - Responsibilities may include but not limited to supervision of staff, processes quality control, and overall production operation of the immunoassay department - Assigns, oversees, and reviews the work of employees - Directs all phases of work, quality, service, and costs - Performs tests or assays as required - Manage technical testing departments in a high volume reference laboratory - Must be accountable and able to work with tenure staff - Administrative: Ability to relate professionally with people, analytical abilities, compose letters/memorandum, coordinate events, motivate others, organizational skills, research information, time management, train employees, written and verbal communications, supervisory skills. - Operate a personal computer - Requires a B.S. /B.A. Degree w/1-3 years of experience. - Must meet all State & Local licensing requirements for State of California - Must meet CLIA requirements - Legal authorization to work in the US - Pay: DOE - Shift: 10PM-7PM---Previous 3rd shift experience preferred **Must be able to pass a background and drug screening.
