In-Store Visual Merchandiser (Kiabi)   Job Provider: HMS  Department: Retail Operations  Reporting to: Store manger  Work location: Assigned store.   Territory Responsibility: Store  Working hours: Full-time  Status: Indefinite Contract    Hudson Group is an international retailer and distributor primarily involved in the sport and fashion wear  sectors. The Group’s head office is in Malta but is also present through offices in Italy, Cyprus, Morocco,  Nigeria and Algeria.     Though Hudson Holdings was founded in 2006, the Group’s roots reach as far back as 1987 when the first  pair of NIKE was sold in Malta.    Role purpose  As an In Store Visual Merchandiser at Hudson, you'll be at the heart of creating an appealing in-store  environment and embodying our brand essence.     With a multifaceted role that encompasses both sales assistance on the shop floor and dedicating 20%  of your time to perfecting visual merchandising, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the aesthetic charm  and brand integrity throughout our retail spaces. Your responsibilities extend beyond the visual, making  you a key player in the overall customer experience.    The key duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:  On a daily basis as a Sales Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:   • Liaise with clients in all areas of sales, providing a highly personalised approach  • Meet set sales targets   • Stock, replenish and clean sales areas  • Process payments of various kinds  • Offer guidance and suggest products specific to customers’ needs and requirements, utilising  specialist product knowledge  • To package goods for customers in a professional manner  • Effectively handle customer complaints  • Monitor and update display areas  • Count and balance cash register and receipts  • Stamp or attach price tags on merchandise and/or checks tagged prices to verify accuracy  referring to price list  • Check inventory periodically to obtain reorder information to replenish stock; inform  designated staff member of stock requirements  • Check inventory listing with actual inventory on shelf and report discrepancies to line manager  • Ensure shop is always clean and tidy and displays are attractive   As an In- Store Visual Merchandiser you will allocate one day per week to complete the following tasks:   • Take ownership of the visual merchandising execution in store.   • Ensure timely, proper, and on-brand implementation of Group cascaded VM guidelines across  your store.   • Perform detailed quality checks on visual merchandising displays and layouts.  • Ensure a consistent and cohesive representation of the brand across all visual merchandising  elements.  • Provide feedback and development recommendation for enhanced execution and brand  performance  KPIs  • VM execution KPIs    Core competencies, knowledge, and experience  • Experience in Retail in the sport and fashion wear sector preferably.   • Previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser is highly preferred.   • Strong understanding of brand aesthetics and the ability to execute visual merchandising  guidelines effectively.  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.  • Fluency in local language and English
