ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Product Manager to own a core part of the COMO platform: the findings customers see, how they prioritize and act on them, recovery testing, and the compliance evidence they bring to their auditors and boards. You'll work directly with the founders, engineering, and some of the largest enterprises in the world, shaping a product in a category that is being defined right now. If you've built products in security, observability, or cloud platforms and want to see your decisions reach production in weeks, this is your opportunity. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Help shape the roadmap for findings, prioritization, recovery testing, and compliance, and own the features in your domain from definition to release - Turn customer needs and market insight into clear product decisions, specs, and priorities - Work closely with engineering to ship fast and iterate on real customer feedback - Partner with sales and customer success to turn proof-of-value engagements into product capabilities - Define how we measure success: what customers act on, what improves, and what we build next - Talk to customers regularly and bring their reality into the product WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role in cybersecurity, observability, cloud infrastructure, or cost optimization platforms - Experience owning a data-rich product surface: alerts, findings, insights, or recommendations at scale - Comfortable with technical conversations: cloud fundamentals, APIs, and working with data - Strong communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to write clearly and decide quickly - Experience at a startup or in a fast-growing product - significant advantage - Hands-on engineering or technical background - advantage - Backup, disaster recovery, or incident response domain knowledge - advantage
