- Pendidikan terakhir ProfesiKedokteran.
- Memiliki sertifikat ACLS dan STRaktif.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1tahun di Rumah Sakit
- Bersedia untuk bekerja full timedan bekerja dengan sistemshifting.
- Memiliki sikap bertanggungjawab dan mampuberkomunikasi dengan baik.
- Bersedia untuk perjanjian kerja part time
