That's where you come in! - Design, build, adapt, and maintain test rigs, fixtures, simulators, emulators, and measurement setups. - Configure and support PLC systems, hardware/software integration, sensors, actuators, and measurement equipment. - Perform technical troubleshooting and support the integration of test equipment and components. - Ensure test equipment readiness through configuration management, servicing, maintenance, and technical documentation. - Execute equipment qualification activities and assess change impacts before formal verification phases. - Collaborate closely with engineering and verification teams to ensure stable and reliable test environments. - 3+ years of experience in mechatronics, test engineering, automation engineering, or system integration. - Hands-on PLC experience and strong practical knowledge of sensors, actuators, measurement devices, and mechanical fixtures. - Experience developing, adapting, or maintaining simulators, emulators, and hardware-near test tools. - Practical experience with test equipment qualification in a regulated or quality-driven environment. - Strong technical troubleshooting skills and structured problem-solving approach. - Very good English and German and full on-site deployment capability. - Location: onsite in Stuttgart - Generous Work-Life Balance: Flexible working hours and option to work from home. - Health & Wellbeing: Ergonomic workstations, subsidies for health services, sponsored sports events, etc. - Company Events & Community: Regular after-work sessions, shared breakfasts/lunches, summer and Christmas parties, team events, and more. - Open, Agile Culture: Flat hierarchies, high level of personal responsibility, international and diverse teams, friendly and supportive team spirit. - Training & Personal Development: Focus on promoting both technical and personal growth to ensure employees stay up to date. - Modern Tools & Workspace Design: Modern office, dual monitors, ergonomic equipment, and excellent on-site infrastructure.
