Performance Marketing Specialist

JOB PURPOSE As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible, with the help of the Team Lead, for creating, shaping, and optimising our digital campaigns while also working with various internal teams to create end-to-end marketing strategies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy across a broad range of digital marketing channels. - Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights. - Conduct research on market trends, the brand’s audiences and competitors, and the end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagement and conversions. - Familiarise yourself with existing tracking and funnels. - Assist in setting up pixel implementation, conversions and event tracking. - Analyse data to identify problems and opportunities. - Produce effective ad copy. - Define OKRs for channel experiences.
