End of Tenancy Cleaning Technician

We're looking for experienced cleaning professionals to carry out detailed end-of-tenancy cleans for residential properties in your local area. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional results and can work confidently without supervision. Key Responsibilities - Complete full end-of-tenancy cleaning from top to bottom - Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas - Clean cupboards, appliances, internal doors, frames, and skirting boards - Wipe down internal windows, blinds, and high-touch surfaces - Ensure properties are ready for landlord inspections and incoming tenants What You'll Receive - Flexible part-time cleaning assignments - Local work offered as bookings become available - Most jobs last between 4 and 8 hours - Weekday work with additional weekend opportunities - Full cleaning instructions before every assignment Pay - £15 per hour - £18 per completed job for the use of your own cleaning equipment and products - Paid travel time where applicable - Client parking costs covered (excluding street parking) Essential Requirements - Minimum 2 years' end-of-tenancy cleaning experience - Excellent communication skills - Able to work independently and maintain high cleaning standards - Must supply your own cleaning equipment and products - Must have your own reliable vehicle (Uber, taxis, and public transport are not suitable) - Professional, reliable, and punctual
