About the role
A growing managed services provider is looking to appoint an MSP Field Engineer to support clients across a range of industries. This role combines customer-facing support with technical project work and infrastructure maintenance.
Duties
- Deliver technical support to a broad client base.
- Attend customer sites as required.
- Manage incidents through the support system.
- Maintain regular communication with customers.
- Troubleshoot networking and server issues.
- Install and support hardware and software.
- Escalate service-impacting issues appropriately.
- Monitor customer systems and generate reports.
- Maintain ticketing records and technical notes.
- Support critical incidents and planned maintenance.
What we offer:
- Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 40 days' annual paid leave.
