IT Systems Engineer

Our client, a leading Managed Service Provider supporting a range of well-known businesses, is seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join their growing technical team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys solving technical challenges across multiple client sites. Main Duties - Provide first-line support and act as the primary contact for customers. - Visit customer locations to diagnose and resolve technical issues when required. - Log, manage and update incidents via the service management platform. - Maintain regular communication with clients regarding ticket progress. - Escalate critical issues to senior leadership where appropriate. - Prioritise and manage daily workload effectively. - Monitor customer environments and ensure optimal system performance. - Install, configure and maintain IT hardware and software solutions. - Produce accurate technical documentation and maintain service records. - Support incidents remotely and on-site. What's on Offer - Competitive salary between £30,000 and £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. - Generous annual leave entitlement of 40 days per year.
