Admissions Representative (Sales Exp Required)

Healthcare needs you — and our students need you to guide them from interest to enrollment. What you’ll do: - Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs. - Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews. - Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes. - Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents. - Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.Who you are: - Empathetic, mission-driven communicator who believes education changes lives and strengthens healthcare. - Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and professional follow-up. - Strong consultative sales approach — you listen, advise, and guide prospects toward the best path. - Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus). - Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.What we offer: - Opportunity to make a measurable impact on local healthcare by enabling the next generation of nurses and allied health professionals. - Collaborative campus environment and ongoing training in consultative enrollment techniques. - Competitive compensation, benefits, and career growth opportunities within Unitek College. - A career path into campus leadership roles.    - Minimum 2 years customer service, telemarketing or sales experience(including admissions experience) - Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors - Excellent presentation skills - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook - Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis We Offer: - Medical, Dental and Vision starting the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment - 2 Weeks’ starting Vacation per year.  Increasing based on years of service with company - 12 paid Holidays and 2 Floating Holiday - Company Paid Life Insurance at 1x’s your annual salary - Leadership development and training for career advancement - Tuition assistance and Forgiveness for you and your family up to 100% depending on the program
