About the role

Older adults taking multiple medications are often confused about what they're taking, why, and what to watch for and their caregivers and physicians are working from fragmented, incomplete information. This role is to build an AI chronic care companion that starts with medication management and grows into a coordination layer connecting patients, caregivers, and physicians through precise logs, symptom tracking, and clearer handoffs.
