Supermac's Supervisor - Full-Time LONDIS, Circular Road, Ballina, Co. Mayo is currently recruiting for a Full-Time Supermac’s Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service, store presentation, food safety, and operational excellence at all times. The Successful Candidate Must Be: - Previous experience in convenience retail is required - Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures is beneficial - Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Hard-working, reliable, and flexible, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Professional and courteous in their approach to customers and colleagues - Committed to maintaining high store standards with strong attention to detail - Motivated to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable leading by example and supporting colleagues throughout the store - Adaptable and willing to take on new challenges as business needs evolve The successful candidate must be flexible and available to work a range of shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, in line with business requirements.
