DevOps Team Lead

Job Responsibilities - Lead and coordinate DevOps Engineers across teams and projects; - Organize team operations and improve internal processes and delivery efficiency; - Lead planning sessions, retrospectives, technical discussions, and 1-on-1 meetings; - Manage team priorities, workloads, and technical direction; - Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployments, development environments, and operational tooling; - Promote infrastructure automation, standardization, and DevOps best practices; - Ensure reliable and high-quality infrastructure support for development teams; - Support monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and reliability improvements; - Drive collaboration between software developers and infrastructure engineers; - Support hiring, mentoring, accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.
