Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare. We're looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population. We handle the administrative side — billing, insurance, credentialing — so you can focus on care.   Why clinicians work with us - Complete flexibility. Make a real difference for Medicaid members and help close gaps in access to care.   What you'll bring - A valid LPC license in good standing in the state of Ohio - A Master’s degree in Counseling, with at least 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience - Your own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate) - Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools - A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, plus your own computer and reliable internet, for confidential virtual sessions - Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and additional languages are a plus ‍ We're looking for therapists who bring - A solid grasp of mental health diagnoses - Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans - A collaborative spirit to work alongside clients in achieving their goals - Skill in conducting thorough assessments to inform care strategies
