We are seeking a hands-on Google Analytics Developer to join our client's AdTech squad. This individual will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, validating, and troubleshooting analytics and media-conversion tracking across digital properties.
The ideal candidate has strong Google Analytics and tag-management experience, along with direct experience implementing conversion tracking for Meta, X, TikTok, and other advertising platforms. Strong written English is essential because this person will communicate directly with advertising-platform vendors through email.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement, maintain, and enhance Google Analytics tracking across websites and digital experiences.
- Configure and manage events, conversions, parameters, audiences, and related measurement requirements.
- Implement and maintain media-conversion tags for Meta, X, TikTok, and other advertising platforms.

- Partner with media, marketing, analytics, engineering, QA, and AdTech teams.
- Validate that conversion events are firing correctly and that data is being received accurately by analytics and advertising platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve tracking discrepancies, duplicate events, missing conversions, attribution issues, and data-quality problems.
- Coordinate directly with advertising-platform vendors to investigate and resolve technical issues.
- Communicate implementation details, questions, findings, and next steps clearly through written English.
- Create and maintain tagging documentation, measurement plans, event taxonomies, and implementation guides.
- Support privacy-conscious tracking practices, consent-management requirements, and applicable data-governance standards.
- Monitor existing implementations and provide ongoing operational support.
