Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiter

Join Our Team We're looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment across the EMEA region. You'll partner with hiring managers and HR teams to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience. What You'll Do - Manage full-cycle recruitment across EMEA from intake to offer. - Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategies and selection decisions. - Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles. - Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment processes through the ATS. - Provide regular updates to stakeholders and candidates. - Track key recruiting metrics and pipeline performance. - Support workforce planning and talent market discussions. - Ensure compliance with local employment and data privacy requirements. What You'll Bring - Extensive Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience. - Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment. - Experience recruiting across multiple EMEA countries and functions. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Fluent in English and German (written and spoken) - Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
