Main responsibilities: Bringing the Bompard experience to life - Welcoming each customer with authenticity, elegance and attention to detail - Tell the story of our iconic pieces through inspiring conversation - Develop in-depth knowledge of our products to create a unique customer experience - Support local and international customers and help build customer loyalty - Help organise events and highlights dedicated to the festive season and Bompard's 40th anniversary.Be a key player in performance - Help the team achieve its sales targets. - Master cash handling and offer our exclusive services (careful preparation of gift wrapping, washing pouches, Fleur de Lys shampoos, etc.).
