Billing Specialist (Dental Claims)

Children’s Dental Land & Kid’s Dental Specialists is a bilingual (English,Español), pediatric dental clinic which provides dental care to infants, kids, teens, adolescents, and special needs children.  Company Policy - A non-smoking and drug free environment.  - Gun free environment.   Minimum Qualifications - Dental software: Dentrix and Dexis - Minimum 3 years of experience in billing and insurance verification (commercial and Medicaid) - Call insurance company to check status of submitted claims - Respond to the letters of requests and denials received daily from the Insurance Company - Trace past claims and resend when necessary - Post insurance payments to the patient's accounts - Post Explanation of Benefits (EOB) to patient's charts - Knowledge of Dental or Medical Billing - Understanding of Medical Insurance procedures - Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Application Details The successful candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment screening consisting of a Criminal Record Check,Drug Test, Degree Verification.
