Maintenance Supervisor

The Role The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, management and support of a team of engineers and handymen ensuring all maintenance and repair activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. The role acts as the key link between frontline engineers, planners and management, providing operational guidance, resolving technical and resource issues, monitoring productivity and performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety legislation, and regulatory requirements. Through regular site inspections, quality audits, toolbox talks and performance management, the Maintenance Supervisor promotes safe working practices, drives continuous improvement, maintains high standards of workmanship, and ensures operatives are properly equipped with the necessary tools, PPE and uniforms to deliver an effective and customer-focused service.
