Provide crisis intervention and referral for psychiatric hospitalization referrals for further diagnostic psychological or medical testing as needed Develops care plans based on diagnostic assessment information that is documented appropriately, including identified goal(s), behavioral/psychological problem statement, measurable objectives and estimated time frames for achievement Work as integral part of a multi-disciplinary, collaborative team  Contact Jerome at Olesky Associates for More Information PA Nursing License DEA All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
