Key Responsibilities - Build agents using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, or other approved frameworks, including Python-based frameworks where appropriate. - Build or coordinate rapid prototypes and validate them with business users. - Develop prompts, instructions, tool definitions, routing, and orchestration workflows. - Implement grounding, citation, retrieval, context management, guardrails, and human-review patterns. - Integrate agents with enterprise tools and APIs. - Create automated evaluations and optimize answer quality, latency, reliability, observability, and cost. - Support production troubleshooting, monitoring, feedback loops, and continuous agent improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field. - Software development experience. - Experience developing generative AI, AI assistant, or agent-based applications. - Strong Python skills and experience integrating REST APIs and cloud services. - Experience deploying secure, testable enterprise applications. Preferred Skills - Experience with Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio. - Experience with Semantic Kernel, MCP, multi-agent systems, or comparable orchestration frameworks. - Experience implementing RAG, evaluation pipelines, citations, and tool-use controls. - Azure AI Engineer or related certification.
