Engagement Manager Location: Arlington, VA (In-office, with up to 50% travel. Travel will be to Europe, INDOPACOM 50%+) Compensation: $180-200k + 100% potential bonus + equity About the Role We are one of the fastest growing defense technology companies, with top-tier VC backing. We are looking for dynamic Engagement Managers to lead client delivery projects, driving adoption of a SaaS platform and advisory services for national security clients. This role involves managing senior client relationships, executing high-impact projects, and fostering account growth through strategic problem-solving and data-driven solutions. Responsibilities - Lead project execution, ensuring delivery exceeds client expectations while optimizing team resources. - Develop engagement plans, align resources, and drive adoption of SaaS solutions tailored to client workflows. - Manage senior-level client relationships, translating needs into actionable software use cases. - Collaborate with product and sales teams to scope new work and identify expansion opportunities. - Mentor analysts, provide quality assurance, and present insights to executives concisely. Requirements Must-Haves - 2-5 years in client engagement or consulting, with expertise in national security strategy, supply chain, federal procurement, or defense tech engagement. - Strong business acumen, exceptional communication, and ability to manage complex projects independently. - U.S. citizenship required; current or ability to obtain a security clearance. Nice-to-Haves - Familiarity with SaaS, data analytics, or advisory services; experience in government or defense sectors preferred. - MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier institution is preferred.
