What You'll Do As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily needs while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life. Responsibilities Include: - Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Providing compassionate personal care and emotional support - Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team - Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation - Supporting meal service and hydration needs - Maintaining accurate documentation and communication with team members - Creating positive, meaningful interactions with residents and families - Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment What We're Looking For - Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing - Current CPR certification preferred - Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative care team - Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resident care - Ability to read and speak English Why Join The Legacy at North Augusta?
