Reporting to the Director Corporate IT. We are looking for a dedicated specialist to take full ownership of the IT infrastructure and security operations for our Swedish office. - IT Administration & Support: Ensure the seamless operation of workstations (Windows, macOS, Linux) and local office infrastructure (Wi-Fi, LAN, VC). - User Operations: Manage the full employee lifecycle regarding IT, including hardware provisioning, account setup (onboarding), and access revocation (offboarding). - Information Security: Implement and monitor cybersecurity standards (MFA, disk encryption, OS updates). In the defense sector, security is our highest priority. - Asset Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and licenses, manage procurement, and handle service/warranty cases with vendors. - HQ Coordination: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Swedish team, collaborating with our global IT & Security teams in Germany to align local operations with global standards. - 1.5+ years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or system administration. - Proficiency in Windows and macOS (Linux experience is a significant plus). - Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). - Nordic language is a must, swedish preferred. English level: B2 or higher for effective daily communication with colleagues in Germany. - Security-first mindset: A proactive approach to identifying risks and a high sense of responsibility. - Independence: Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve technical issues autonomously.Site note: this role is an office first position, home office once per week is possible.
