Senior Learning Developer

Location: Remote Model: Remote Scope: Full time Description: We're looking for a highly creative, AI-savvy Senior Learning Developer to support a team of technical specialists who deploy and support some of the world's largest AI factories and advanced computing environments. Responsibilities - Transform technical content into impactful videos, animations, presentations, quick-reference guides, and other learning assets - Create motion graphics, animated explainers, and video content with a strong emphasis on Adobe After Effects - Leverage generative AI tools to shape content, accelerate production, explore creative solutions, and enhance learning experiences - Apply established brand standards across all deliverables - Adapt development approaches to support both rapid-turnaround projects and polished learning experiences - Partner with subject matter experts to clarify complex concepts and address content gaps - Independently manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines using project management and collaboration tools - Publish, maintain, and optimize learning content within learning management systems
