Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer with a minimum of 6 years' experience within the medical, healthcare, biotech, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences sectors to join our team onsite in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing high-quality technical documentation for medical devices, software solutions, cloud services, and AI-enabled products while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
This role requires a strong understanding of structured authoring, content management systems, AI-assisted documentation practices, and modern documentation delivery methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain user guides, service manuals, online help systems, and knowledge base content.
- Work closely with SMEs to gather requirements and produce high-quality documentation.
- Manage content through XML authoring and CCMS workflows.
- Apply AI-assisted authoring tools while ensuring accuracy, governance, and compliance.
- Develop documentation standards, templates, metadata models, and reusable content.
- Support cloud-enabled and AI-powered products with clear user and technical documentation.
