Location: Migdal Ha’Emek or Herzliya Scope: Full Time - Employed Model: Onsite Description: We're seeking an experienced Product/R&D Lead to drive the development and success of advanced semiconductor products. This position combines customer engagement, product strategy, and cross-functional leadership to bring innovative solutions to market. Responsibilities - Lead products throughout the full lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life - Serve as the primary customer interface, building relationships and identifying growth opportunities - Gather market and customer requirements and translate them into product roadmaps and specifications - Act as a key link between customers, business teams, and engineering - Lead technical and commercial discussions to support product adoption and business growth - Collaborate with engineering and program teams to ensure successful product execution and timely delivery - Support product planning, budgeting, and pricing activities
