Aerospace Materials & Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Stans, Switzerland Model: Fully Onsite Scope: Fulltime, Employed Description: We are seeking a Aerospace Materials & Manufacturing Engineer to support the qualification, development, and implementation of metallic materials, manufacturing technologies, and assembly processes. This role offers the opportunity to work across the product lifecycle, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure materials and processes meet performance, quality, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities - Lead qualification and validation activities for metallic materials and assembly processes - Plan and execute material and process testing programs - Develop, maintain, and update engineering specifications, process standards, and technical reports - Manage materials and process-related projects from evaluation through implementation - Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customer support teams to integrate materials and process requirements into products - Provide technical support for material selection, manufacturing challenges, and failure investigations - Ensure compliance with applicable industry, regulatory, and environmental requirements
