PRN Hospice CNA – Sherman, TX Southern Grace Hospice is seeking a compassionate PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional end-of-life care to patients in the Sherman area. This role is perfect for someone who values flexibility while making a meaningful impact in patients’ lives and supporting their families during critical moments. What You’ll Do: - Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene, toileting, mobility assistance) - Support patients with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and comfort - Observe and report changes in patient condition to the clinical team - Assist with light housekeeping related to patient care - Offer emotional support to patients and families What We’re Looking For: - Active Texas CNA certification - Hospice or home health experience preferred (but not required) - Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Dallas area - Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered mindset - Ability to work independently and adapt to varying schedules Why This Role: - PRN scheduling - Meaningful, one-on-one patient care - Supportive interdisciplinary team environment - Opportunity to make a real difference every single shift If you’re called to provide care that truly matters, we’d love to connect with you.
