Compensation (Hourly): - $19.00 - 20.00 / hour(The Lot Porter New Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $19.00 - $20.00) Summary The Lot Porter New will be responsible in maintaining the dealership’s appearance, assisting with vehicle movement, and delivering exceptional customer service. Duties and Responsibilities - Move, stage, and park used vehicles on the dealership lot to ensure an organized, customer-ready inventory display. - Assist with vehicle deliveries to customers, including final preparation and staging for presentation. - Transport used vehicles between dealership locations or to offsite storage as needed. - Keep the used car lot, showroom entrances, and display areas clean, organized, and visually appealing. - Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with customers on the lot, directing them to sales staff as needed. - Support the sales department with various tasks (e.g., installing dealer tags, checking fuel levels, light detailing touch-ups). - Follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report any incidents to a manager or supervisor. - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - Physically able to drive and move vehicles - Strong attention to detail to maintain the dealership’s professional appearance - Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills - Must be authorized to work in the USA - Must be willing to undergo pre-employment compliance requirements: Drug testing, background check, MVR.Preferred Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role or automotive industry is preferred - Basic knowledge of vehicles is a plus Compensation (Hourly): - $19.00 - 20.00 / hourSchedule: - FULL TIME - Sundays Always Off - Saturday Availability RequiredPerks & Benefits: - Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance - 401(k) with Company Match - Paid Time Off that Grows with You - Sundays Always Off - Closed on Thanksgiving & Christmas - Employee Pricing on Purchases & Leases - Free & Discounted Gym Membership Options - Exclusive Travel Deals on Hotels, Rentals & Airfare - Career Growth in a Fortune 500 Company  All your information will be kept confidential in accordance with EEO guidelines
