As a Product Manager, you will: - Connect with customers through focus groups, interviews, and site visits to understand their needs and challenges, and use this info to shape product decisions. - Work closely with designers to test and improve designs. - Ensure our products are easy to use and deliver the results customers need. - Analyze feedback, run experiments, and use data to prioritize the most important features that support business goals and customer needs. - Write clear development briefs and give feedback to developers to keep everything on track. - Help manage the product release process, making sure everything runs smoothly from testing to launch and meets quality standards. - Provide internal teams (sales, customer success, implementation) with product knowledge, training, and documentation. - Keep development workflows organized using tools like JIRA. - Assist with tough customer issues by providing 3rd-line support and working with consultants and customer success teams on challenging projects.
