About the role

About KIMARU Talent: KIMARU Talent is a boutique executive search firm working with startups and growth-stage companies in AI, gaming, technology, and advertising. We take on fewer clients so we can go deeper on each search — real understanding of the role, the team, and what "yes" looks like for both sides. We're not generalists who'll take any search. We focus on leadership and critical individual-contributor hires — the roles where getting it right changes the trajectory of the startup. That depth is why most long-term clients give us access to their ATS, Slack, and internal comms. We're not a vendor you check in with weekly. We operate like an internal recruiter with an external network. About the Role: Our Client, a world-renown mobile game developer, is looking for an experienced Executive Producer to lead the growth and operations of a newly launched mobile game. This role is pivotal in shaping the game's strategy, driving revenue growth, and managing a cross-functional team to ensure long-term success. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee the game's roadmap, live operations, and player engagement strategies while collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Own the overall vision, strategy, and performance of the game, ensuring it meets business objectives. - Oversee P&L, monetization strategies, and live operations to drive growth and player retention. - Lead a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, marketers, and analysts to execute the game’s roadmap. - Analyze key performance metrics and market trends to optimize game features, content updates, and engagement strategies. - Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align on priorities, business goals, and execution plans. - Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision-making within the team. Qualifications: - Experience leading successful game production, live operations, and/or game design teams within mobile gaming. - Proven track record of managing and scaling successful mobile game titles. - Strong understanding of mobile game monetization, analytics, and player engagement strategies. - Experience leading cross-functional teams and working in a fast-paced, live-service environment. - Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-performing game and play a key role in shaping its future success. If you’re passionate about mobile gaming and ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you!
