We are looking for a Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst to support the organization’s compliance with cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and legal requirements, while contributing to their implementation across business processes and products. Responsibilities - Promote cybersecurity and compliance awareness across the organization by supporting training and awareness initiatives. - Support compliance with cybersecurity standards, certifications, and regulations by: - Identifying and documenting compliance gaps. - Assisting in the definition and maintenance of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls. - Participating in cybersecurity and compliance assessments. - Contributing to the design, implementation, auditing, and testing of compliance activities. - Support compliance-related activities by: - Assisting teams in the interpretation and implementation of cybersecurity requirements. - Coordinating with technical teams and other stakeholders to monitor compliance requirements. - Supporting the preparation of documentation and evidence for audits and other compliance activities.Key Activities - Conduct research and preliminary studies. - Identify and document compliance gaps. - Support the adaptation of organizational strategies, policies, and processes to ensure compliance. - Participate in assessment and audit activities. - Deliver knowledge-sharing sessions and guidance. - Develop cybersecurity awareness and training content. - Professional experience in Cybersecurity, Product Security, Software Development, Compliance, or a related field. - General understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Product Security principles. - Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
