Role Overview:
The Stewarding Assistant Manager will manage kitchen cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen cleanliness and sanitation procedures.
- Supervise stewarding staff and dishwashing operations.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and kitchen equipment.
- Coordinate with chefs and managers to maintain smooth operations.
- Train staff on proper sanitation and hygiene procedures.
- Monitor and maintain waste management programs.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of kitchen utensils.
