Role Overview: The HR Manager will develop and lead all human resource functions, from recruitment and training to employee relations and compliance, ensuring a high-performance and people-focused culture at both the Palazzo Ezulwini International Convention Center and, later, the hotel. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to build a top-tier hospitality and events team. - Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs. - Foster a positive workplace culture to ensure high employee engagement and retention. - Manage performance evaluations, succession planning, and leadership development. - Ensure compliance with Eswatini labor laws and company policies. - Develop compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. - Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures. - Prepare the workforce planning strategy for the hotel’s operational phase.
