Graduate Sales Development Representative - French Speaker International Payments & Foreign Exchange Madrid Launch Your Career in Global Payments and Commercial Sales Convera is seeking ambitious graduates to join our London-based Sales Development team. What You Will Be Doing - This is an outbound sales role. Approximately 70-80% of your time will be spent prospecting through cold calling, email and LinkedIn, alongside following up on inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). - Conduct high-volume cold calling to engage prospective customers and generate new business opportunities. - Execute targeted sales campaigns aligned to strategic industries, customer segments and growth initiatives. - Research companies and decision-makers to identify opportunities. - Respond to and qualify inbound MQLs generated through marketing campaigns, events and digital channels. - Schedule qualified meetings for Business Development Managers. - Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other sales technologies. What We Are Looking For - Bachelor's degree completed within the last two years or graduating in 2026/2027. - 0-6 months professional experience. - Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting & Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Law or similar analytical disciplines. - Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with prospects over the phone. - Ambitious, resilient and coachable. - Fluency in French is required for this role About Convera Convera is the world's largest non-bank B2B cross-border payments company, helping more than 30,000 customers move money globally.
